From Caribbean islands to rural African villages, we deploy systems that last, train local technicians, and ensure every installation is led by someone from the community.

And because true resilience is inclusive, we are committed to increasing the presence of women in solar and science — not as tokens, but as leaders.
Through scholarships, field apprenticeships, and mentorship programs in partnership with women-led cooperatives, we’re training the next generation of energy architects — because the future of power must be built by those it serves.
